General Meeting Set-up
Please arrive by 5:45 pm. The Set Up process takes 30-45 minutes and includes the following tasks:
Arrange tables. 4 rows of 4 round tables (16 round tables total) 8 chairs per table. The tables may need to be wiped down if dusty or dirty. Place the "New Member" table toppers on 3 tables located near the front of the room.
Table Decorations. (if applicable)
Chalk Board Signs. Pin signs to walls in designated locations.
Membership/Sign-in. Arrange 2 tables in an "L" shape just past the foyer. Include 3 chairs.
Comforting Quilts. Arrange 3 long tables along the back wall of the room (wall opposite the kitchen). Include 4 chairs.
Business of the Month/Longarmer of the Month. Set up 1-2 tables for Business of the Month and/or Longarmer of the month in designated area.
Information Table. Set up table with Guild info, Business Member Info, Swag info, etc.)
Block Lotto. Set up area including pins to tack the blocks to the wall and slips of paper for people to fill out when tur

Take-down following meeting
Thank you for volunteering to help. The Take Down process takes 30-45 minutes and includes the following tasks:
1. Put away TABLE DECORATIONS (if applicable) in white tubs.
2. Put away TABLES and CHAIRS.
Wipe down tables if necessary.
Leave 4-5 long rectangular tables out along the walls.
Leave 4 chairs in the foyer.
3. Take down and put away “CHALK BOARD” signs and bring in and put away the “SANDWICH BOARD” sign (signs are stored on top of the library book shelves).
T-Pins go into plastic pin containers.
4. Put away INFORMATION table (Guild Info/Business Member Info/Swag Info, etc.).
5. Put away BLOCK LOTTO supplies.
6. Check KITCHEN to make sure all “Free Table Items” have been removed.
7. SWEEP the entire hall, including kitchen, foyer and both bathrooms.
Make sure all cabinets are locked and the heat/air conditioning and lights are turned off before leaving the building.
