Kathie Kerler
Kathie Kerler was commissioned to create a quilt for Clackamas County to hang at the State Capitol for Oregon's birthday on February 14, 2009. Then it was returned to its permanent home in the new Development Services Building in Oregon City.
Kathie Kerler received certification from the National Quilting Association as a Certified Judge of quilts and wearables. This required a seventy-eight page paper and a panel interview with three certified judges at the NQA show in Columbus, Ohio. Kathie is a contributing editor to American Quilter Magazine.
